DAY ONE
One of our sales representatives will be waiting for you at the airport. We guarantee that you will feel like relaxing on the way to your accomodation as you chat with your representative. For your comfort, we have thought of every little detail for your accommodation. 

DAY TWO
In the morning, after a nice breakfast your representative will show you the area first giving informations about the life style, culture and people relationships. Now you roughly know where you are! It’s time to see properties one by one. Whilst you view the properties, any doubts will be removed from your mind as you become an expert in our construction and the property business.  During this time you will have breaks for lunch,drink,resting … In the evening time if you require, you will be taken out for dinner. 

DAY THREE
The same activities as the day before. You will meet aftersales manager and its team to know more about what we do for our clients in Asem family and you will see they have another eyes in Turkey because we believe that we wouldn’t be this prestigious if we didn’t have a strong aftersales team! Later on we will welcome you in our sales office to give informations about the legal procedures of buying a property in Turkey then we will discuss the situation together. Should you require, a contract template will be given to you to have a read.

DAY FOUR
If you are happy with the conditions through buying your dream home in Turkey, its time for spending a couple of hours to sort the legal formalities which start with signing the contract at your solicitor’s and finish with opening a bank account.
