• Asem Sol 2 Complex is located in the prime location of the town where especially foreign people buy properties in.
• The council gives big importance on this area as foreign people stay here and also thinking any kind of positive move will bring a bonus to reputation of the town and Turkish community.
• Marina Road is in this area and under construction.
• The roads to other beaches around Didim Peninsula are being developed so that people can go any of the other beaches easily with a similar distance to Altinkum Beach.

Transportation

• ASEM Group provides free transportation for the clients. According to timetable the clients are collected from the complex gates to town center or Altinkum area.
• Public transportation (by minibus transportation system of council) was supposed to be starting in 2009 but started in 2008 summer on the marina road. By max 2 minutes walk, residents of the complex can use this advtantage as well.
• Another little tip to be considered is; there is a big competition between the restaurants of the town that they have free door to door transportation service without affecting the standard prices of the menus. When the residents want to go to restaurants they don't need to pay for anything either.
